Smoker BBQ time again - this time dual loading the smoker with cider-brined chicken thighs & beef brisket. - The chicken thighs have been de-skinned & cooked separately for max-crunch chicken skin bites (and placed on top rack during smoking process to baste the chicken thighs which were below - and now further coated in BBQ sauce).
