Smoking Chinese Char Sui pork on the offset BBQ smoker after a 24hr marinade
MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbs hoisin sauce
- 2 tbs tomato ketchup
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbs fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbs fresh grated garlic
- 1 tbs natural red food dye
- 1/2 tbs Chinese five spice
