Home-style cookery but not at my home. Lovely Dorset hotpot made with pulled lamb at Abbots Court presented in lovely dishes. Off to Spain tomorrow to explore Spanish cuisine (and to some local cooking with their amazing ingredients). Hoping to taste some olive-wood fire roasted suckling pig, octopus salad & of course, paella. First reports will be in tomorrow from Marbella!
